“A real estate developer moves into a new building..” sounds like an almost decent set up for an almost decent joke. And sometimes it happens for real. Whilst living in one of the 6 previous buildings built by this very same Tracol/CBA collab, Max decided to make sure that the magical building number 7 would have even fewer kinks than its predecessors. So, on top of just being at home he ironed out all of the little imperfections and problems, providing Polyform with an even more advanced building and beautiful, detailed finishes for each apartment.
