Multi-purpose estate in Bridel Did you know that architectural 'upcycling’ is a thing? This almost second-hand project gave Max his credentials as a qualified architect. It is a mix of residential housing, offices and commercial space is a new face of an old quarry in Bridel. This is sustainability at its finest! Rebelling against the architectural individualism often practised in Luxembourg, Max decided to show how it’s more than possible to bring together the different needs of occupants and businesses and still use the same materials throughout the project, creating a coherent ensemble that is both highly aesthetic and user friendly. In our books that’s one nil against the money-making machine!
